Workflow mapping

and team training.

Two services for manufacturers: we draw how work really moves through your operation, then train the people who run it to work the new way.

What we do

Two services, built

to work together.

A clearer process is easier to teach, and a trained team keeps it running. Start with either one, or both.

01

Service

Workflow mapping

We follow the work through your operation and draw what actually happens: who touches it, where it waits, and where information gets lost between people or shifts. You end up with a map your team recognizes and a plan for the workflow you want instead.

What it includes

Walk-throughs on your floor and conversations with the people doing the work

A current-state map, from the order coming in to the product going out

A marked-up list of delays, bottlenecks and unclear handoffs

A future-state workflow with a named owner for each step

How long it takes

It depends on how many processes, lines and shifts are involved. We set a timeline with you once we have seen the work.

What it costs

It is priced to the scope we agree on. You know the price before any work starts.

02

Service

Team training

Training that happens with your people, around your own workflow. We run hands-on sessions, write down the standard way the work gets done, and coach the supervisors and leads who keep it going day to day.

What it includes

Hands-on workshops for operators, built on your real process

Written standard work and clear roles for each step

Coaching for supervisors and team leads who lead the change

Check-ins after training to see what is sticking and what is not

How long it takes

It depends on the size of the team and how much is changing. We agree on a schedule with you before the first session.

What it costs

It is priced to the teams and sessions we agree on. You know the price before any work starts.

How an engagement runs

From one call to

a new way of working.

Every engagement follows the same plain order, so you always know what comes next.

01

A discovery call

We talk about your operation, your team and what needs to change, and decide together whether mapping, training or both is the place to start.

02

Time on your floor

We watch the process run and talk with the operators, leads and supervisors who run it, so the map shows the work as it really is.

03

The map, on paper

We lay out the current workflow, mark where it stalls, and agree on the future-state process with your leads before anything changes.

04

Training where the work happens

Workshops, standard work and coaching, built around the new workflow so your team can run it without us.

Before the discovery call

What to know before we talk.

You don't need anything polished. A few notes and the right people on the call are enough to get started.

Who should join

Whoever sees where work gets stuck: an owner, plant manager, operations lead or supervisor.

What to have ready

A rough picture of how an order moves through your plant and the problems you run into most. Existing procedures help, but aren't needed.

What we'll ask about

Shifts, handoffs, who owns which decisions, and where your team works around the system today.

What happens next

If there's a fit, we agree on where to start: which process, which team, and when we come on site.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your operation and the scope we agree on. We talk it through on the discovery call, and you know the price before any work starts.

How long does an engagement take?

That depends on how many processes, lines and teams are involved. Once we have seen the work, we give you a timeline before anything starts.

Do we need both services?

No. Some manufacturers start with workflow mapping, others with team training. The two support each other, and we will tell you on the call where we think you should begin.

Will this get in the way of production?

We agree with you on when we come in and who we talk to before the first visit. The aim is to see the work as it runs, not to stop it.

Are the illustrative cases real clients?

No. They are examples of the kinds of problems we work on and how we approach them, not reports on named clients.

Bring us the process

that slows you down.

On a discovery call we talk through your workflow and your team, and agree whether mapping, training or both is the right first step.
